The Role

Reporting directly to the Director, this full-time role involves overseeing multiple residential projects, ensuring quality delivery from start to finish. Key responsibilities include:

Reviewing and understanding full scope of works prior to project kick-off

Organising and establishing project sites

Managing trades and ensuring project schedules stay on track

Enforcing compliance with relevant codes and regulations

Conducting quality assurance and site checks

Providing excellent customer service and issue resolution

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Supporting and mentoring on-site staff

Representing ADG Construction in a professional and positive manner

Supervising sites through to completion and client handover

A current driver’s licence is essential for this role.

About You

We’re looking for a trade-qualified professional who is driven, reliable, and passionate about delivering high-quality work. You’ll need to be a strong communicator with proven experience leading residential renovation projects.

To be successful, you’ll have:

At least 5+ years’ experience in construction, with a focus on kitchen and/or bathroom renovations

A solid understanding of wet area codes and Australian standards

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

Confidence using smartphones and job management apps

A proactive, energetic attitude and commitment to high standards

Willingness to undergo a full police check

A background in a construction-related trade (essential)
