**Commitment & Terms**
We're looking for dedicated individuals who can commit to at least 6 months with us. This tenure will be included in our training contract. Depending on the role you're aiming for, expect a probation period of 2-3 months.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Minimum of one year's experience in retail stores such as IGA, Woolworths, Coles, Aldi, etc.
- Team spirit and collaboration.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Strong communication skills.
- A genuine commitment to the job.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Receiving and verifying stock from suppliers.
- Stocking products on shelves and ensuring aisles are organized.
- Managing overstock and backstock.
- Pricing items with regular and promotional tags.
- Providing excellent customer service at the counter.
- Conducting weekly checks on product expiry dates.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the store.
