About the Roles:

Are you a natural leader with a passion for retail and team development? We’re seeking energetic and experienced individuals to work alongside our Department Managers in leading our Bli Bli store to retail excellence!

Home Shopping & Deliveries: Must have current Manuel License 9am to 2pm - Monday, Tuesday Thursday & Friday role Within this role you will work closely with the Grocery and Customer Service teams. Collating our online orders and delivering them to our local customers within the Bli Bli & Maroochy areas. This role will also support the Customer Service team when not completing home shopping orders.

Multiple Deli Assistant Roles: Availability across 7 days - Casual & Part Time Roles Available In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the action, responsible for working with a team to ensure excellent daily operations of your department. You’ll be working with your team towards retail glory, ensuring our customers have an exceptional shopping experience. You will need to have an understanding of Food Safety protocols & a love for gourmet Deli and Hotbox items!

We're particularly looking for candidates who possess the following qualities:

Previous retail experience is essential

Strong customer service skills and passion to provide an exceptional shopping experience

Excellent communicators who can build strong team environments

Excellent presentation, merchandising and stock management & ordering skills

Friendly, approachable and positive team player

Embrace White’s IGA unique ‘locavore’ culture and actively engage in the community

Ability to regularly lift up to 15kgs is an essential requirement

Ability to mentor and inspire employees to meet sales, cost budgets and compliance standards
