About the role

Cayneston Pty Ltd is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Bartenders, Security, Floor Staff and Promo Staff to join our dynamic team in our venue in Townsville, QLD 4810. As a casual team member, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience in our lively hospitality environment.

What you'll be doing

• Providing exceptional customer service and managing customer interactions in a friendly and professional manner
• Preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Ensuring the bar and service areas are well-stocked, clean and maintained throughout each shift
• Monitoring the venue and assisting with security and crowd control as needed
• Supporting the set up and execution of promotional events and activities
• Adhering to all relevant licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies

What we're looking for

• Previous experience working in a similar hospitality or customer service role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Demonstrated experience in bartending and/or security duties within a fast-paced entertainment venue
• Competent in cash handling and point-of-sale systems
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
• Current Australian Security Licence
