The Role:

This isn’t just a job; it’s a career for an experienced, results-driven professional. As a Sales Specialist, you will:

Handle inbound sales calls, nurturing warm leads.

Make outbound calls to nurture leads onto your diary and close deals.

Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.

Conduct discovery calls via Zoom and over the phone to convert leads into long-term members.

You’ll be the first point of contact for new members, guiding them through their health transformation. This is a rewarding role where you’ll directly impact people’s lives by offering the right solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

This position is NOT for beginners or those who aren't already proven in high-ticket sales.

We need someone who:

Thrives in a commission-only environment and knows how to close sales.

Has a growth mindset, is eager to learn, and can adapt quickly to an evolving role.

Is willing to put in the effort – this is not a side hustle. You’ll need to be full-time, with some evenings and at least one full day every other weekend.

Income Details:

Commission-based only – This is an opportunity to earn up to $250k per year (OTE).

Target earnings for the right person will be $250k+ with the right sales performance.

Comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided, but you must bring the drive and skill.

Top performers will have the opportunity to work on our U.S. account and earn USD commissions, expanding their earning potential in an exciting international market.

Exceptional Communication Skills – You can connect with anyone and make a lasting impression.

Positive, Results-Oriented Attitude – You own your results and take responsibility for your success.

Strong Work Ethic – You’re not afraid to put in the hours, hustle, and close consistently.

The Must-Haves – Technical:

1+ years of high-ticket sales experience – You’ve made 100+ sales calls and closed high-value deals.

Sales Coaching – You’ve invested in sales training or mentorship and continuously strive to improve.

Proven Success – You have evidence of consistently hitting and exceeding sales targets.
