Salary range from $129,561.36 per annum depending on skills/experience, + superannuation.
Salary packaging (up to $15,899 a year, + meal/entertainment benefit of $2,650 a year).
5 weeks annual leave per year + 17.5% leave loading

GKB Impact is embarking on becoming a leader in economic development for the Gnaala Karla Booja community. We serve a membership base of 1200, and growing, and seek to increase our offerings in the economic development space.
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead and manage our commercial business and services. This role is to support the existing business units in the acquisition of fee for service opportunities, as well as supporting member businesses to grow and thrive through a business incubator model.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and implement strategies for the organisation, namely around growth and revenue generation.
Prepare and implement policies and procedures as required by the department and across the organisation in support of growth and revenue development.
Identify, scope and prepare funding submissions in support of organisation wide operations.
Lead and support a business incubator for Noongar businesses.
Selection Criteria
Essentials
1. Qualifications in business administration, business, finance, management, project management or related field
2. Proven track record of managing team growth and meeting revenue targets
3. Minimum of 3 years supervisory/managerial experience
4. Proven negotiation skills
5. Proven ability to manage a diverse team (including remote staff and consultants)
Highly Desirable
1. Previous experience working with traditional owner groups
2. Previous experience working within a social enterprise
3. Previous experience working across teams
