Full Job Description

Required urgently full-time for our licensed Indian restaurant in Mount Barker, near Adelaide in

South Australia. Must be available for weekends and public holidays as we are open 6 days a week

all year round. You must be fully qualified and skilled, with at least 2-year Australian experience in a

busy kitchen environment. We are looking for a leader able to lead our kitchen team. We expect

you to be reliable, passionate and creative, with excellent organizational and business skills. You will

be responsible for overall production and presentation of quality food, compliance with food, health

and safety rules and standards. You must be experienced in modifying the menu and meeting

individual customers’ requirements. Salary 74,000-80,000 per year. If you meet the above criteria -
