The Role

We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager to lead and oversee our finance operations. This newly created role will be critical to ensuring PingCo’s financial integrity, operational efficiency, and strategic financial planning.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the Accounts Payable Officer, Accounts Receivable Officer, and Bookkeeper. This role is hands-on and will oversee the budgeting process, financial reporting, cost allocation, and ensure the smooth running of all financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare monthly management reports and financial statements.

Conduct variance analysis, comparing actual performance to budgets and forecasts.

Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with department heads.

Track recurring revenue metrics (MRR/ARR) and customer lifetime value (CLV).

Calculate and process sales commissions accurately.

Allocate costs across different software products, projects, and service lines.

Perform regular audits on accounts receivable and payable.

Review and analyse vendor and customer contracts to assess financial implications, risks, and compliance with accounting standards.

Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance and business efficiency.

Collaborate closely with the CFO and the broader finance team on financial strategy and planning.

About You

A degree in Accounting/Finance or in a related field

CPA/CA qualified or working towards it.

Proven experience in a Finance Manager role.

Experience in the SAAS industry (Highly Advantageous)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong numerical and analytical skills.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
