Mandala Hotels and Resorts operate a diverse portfolio of hotels spanning across Regional Australia’s top travel destinations.

We are currently looking for both a Full Time - Hotel Receptionist/Guest Service Agent at Hoteloco, a brand-new boutique property located in Alexandria, Sydney. The Property is accommodation only and offers 39 Hotel rooms, located on Garden Street.

Recently opened in November 2024

As our next Team member, you will:

Assist with Guest enquiries both face to face and over the phone.

Be responsible for completing a wide variety of front office tasks, from taking reservations and maintaining guest accounts, assisting guests on Arrival, during their stay and up until their departure.

Be willing to go the extra mile to provide great guest service.

Previous reception experience highly regarded.

Be required to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Provide guests and visitors with local information from your vast array of knowledge of the local area.

Flexible to assist in other departments as required by the needs of the business.

What we are looking for:

Prior experience in hospitality & or customer service industry

Experience using RMS an Advantage, however onsite training will be provided.

Reliable team member

People with a passion for providing quality guest service.

Experienced working in a small team environment

Good communication and time management skills with a friendly personality

Team players, ability to assist with other departments as required.

The flexibility to work over a seven-day roster at a variety of times.
