Your Employer

Your Responsibilities
- Promote, sell, and secure orders for the company’s products
- Provide samples and consult with architects and designers
- Build a pipeline of sales, so you can secure your sales budget this year and into 2026 and 2027
- Planning and analysis of your territory to measure your success
- Troubleshoot, problem-solve, make recommendations, and negotiate with clients
- Chase A&D clients and confirm specifications, then follow them through to firm orders from your contractor clients
- Use the CRM and track projects to maintain a high specification-to-order conversion rate
You Are...
- Skilled at using a "foot in the door" to expand sales opportunities with the client
- Able to discuss aesthetic and technical product benefits
- Ideally, well-networked across the building and design community, but this is not essential
- Able to find and lock down decision makers for a meaningful consulting conversation
- Diligent in following up to confirm an order
- Proven in your ability to exceed sales targets
- Organised with strong PC skills
- Confident presentation skills
- Interior design qualifications are an advantage, but not essential
