The Midnight Special is a vibrant rock n roll small bar offering excellent cocktails, live music and an incredible atmosphere for our guests. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to join our team and ensure every customer has an unforgettable experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring exceptional customer service.

Manage and train bar staff, ensuring they adhere to company standards and provide excellent service.

Maintain inventory and order supplies to keep the bar fully stocked.

Handle cash and ensure accurate billing and transactions.

Create and update cocktail menus, keeping them fresh and exciting for our guests.

Ensure the bar complies with all local regulations and health and safety standards.

Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Develop and maintain a welcoming and positive environment for both guests and staff.

Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to encourage continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a management position or in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry.

Strong knowledge of mixology, bar operations, and customer service.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Knowledge of local liquor laws and health & safety regulations.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
