About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Chef to join us on a casual or part-time basis, working primarily Saturday through Monday.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, prep-focused kitchen — someone who loves getting ahead, ticking off lists, and ensuring everything runs like clockwork. You’ll be a key player in preparing meals for the week ahead and supporting our kitchen team to keep the good food flowing.

What You’ll Be Doing

Prepare and warm breakfast for delivery each morning.

Work alongside our head chef to prep meals for the upcoming week — breakfasts, lunches, dinners.

Portion, label, and store meals with clear reheating instructions.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.

Restock ingredients and communicate supply needs clearly and efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

Experience as a chef or cook in a commercial kitchen (minimum 1 year preferred).

Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Ability to work independently and confidently manage kitchen responsibilities.

Solid understanding of food safety standards and dietary requirements.

A proactive, flexible, and reliable work ethic.

Full working rights in Australia.

Open driver’s license (preferred but not essential).
