12-hour shifts (approx. 2am–2pm)

About Our Client

What You Will Be Doing

As a Camp Chef at Capricorn Copper Mine, you'll be working early starts to provide breakfast and crib meals for site personnel. You'll be responsible for prepping and cooking large-scale breakfasts and lunches, keeping your kitchen space clean and organised, and maintaining safe food handling practices.

What You Will Need:

Previous bulk catering experience, ideally in a remote or FIFO setting

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent

Ability to work long shifts and early mornings

FIFO from Brisbane or Townsville
