We've created a new part time (55 hours per fortnight) role for a talented, customer focused and solution oriented person to provide day to day support for building facilities and fleet assets throughout our numerous metro and regional locations. Reporting to the Facilities Manager and working closely with program managers at the various sites, you'll be hands on in ensuring our employees and clients have access to safe and secure environments, and the wheels to get there. On a day to day basis, you'll be managing customer requests, coordinating and supervising external trades and services, monitoring vehicle service schedules and attending to fleet maintenance issues, assisting with actions arising out of building and vehicle related hazards and incidents, and contributing to the overall facilities and fleet needs of 360 Health.
We are looking for:
- Property or facilities management experience, including on site contractor management and inspection of works
- Experience using MS Office 365 applications and computer based information management systems
- Well developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to efficiently assess, resolve or escalate issues and document accordingly
- Strong work organisation skills
- Driver's licence and flexibility to work at multiple locations according to organisational needs, including regional locations occasionally
