A Global Manufacturer and iconic brand associated with major projects is looking for a dynamic an energetic Team Member to join a rapidly growing local subsidiary.

You will be an “Allrounder” working across all aspects of the business including Customer Service, Sales, Distribution and Logistics with an ability to support internal Team Members and External Customers.

In addition you will be an enthusiastic self-starter, capable of combining Warehouse and Administrative activities with a high degree of initiative and an ability to work both autonomously and within a Team.

Objectives of this role:

Manage and process external calls and Sales Orders from Clients

Provide support to the National Sales Team

Perform Warehouse duties within a fast-paced distribution business

Maintain Warehouse processes in accordance relevant OHS&E regulations

Ensure despatch of goods is in accordance to local Chain of Responsibility Laws and regulations

Scope of responsibilities:

Answering Telephones and Email correspondence from Clients

Provide Administrative support to the Sales Team

Assist the Warehouse Coordinator in the Distribution Centre and Import Warehouse

Container and truck unloading, de-palletisation and unpacking and storage of imported goods

Picking and packing of orders, preparing deliveries and loading trucks

Local deliveries as required

Required skills and qualifications

Current Driver’s License

Current Forklift License

Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities at the same time

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Additional preferred skills and qualifications

Competency with SAP-B1 software package

Microsoft Office Suite of programs

Capacity to monitor and manage Social Media traffic and campaign activities

Reporting and notes:

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will take a key role encompassing all aspects across Customer Service, Sales, Warehousing and Logistics in a rapidly growing business new to the region (2024)
