The Job

We have an exciting opportunity for a Bookkeeper and Accounts Assistant to assist with the day-to-day finance function. You will be fully trained and supported throughout your time with us with management playing an active role in your development.

Duties and Requirements

● Daily data entry and processing for around 100 lenders and borrowers

● Analysing loan documentation and ensuring agreed terms and conditions are correctly reflected in our lending software

● End of Month processing, reporting, and lender and borrower statement preparation

● Input and maintenance of client data in our CRM (The Mortgage Office)

● Maintenance of lender and borrower compliance documents filing system

● Managing and communicating with Stakeholders.

What you’ll have

● 3 + years’ experience in a similar bookkeeping or accountant role.

● Experience in the Financial Services industry - mortgages desirable

● Excellent organisational, administration and time management skills

● Strong attention to detail

● Great communication skills

● Stakeholder management

● CRM database experience (you will be trained)

● Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft products

● You are IT savvy and pick up software programmes easily.
