Purchasing & Supply Co-Ordinator

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Purchasing & Supply Co-ordinator to support efficient and accurate procurement operations within a fast-paced chemical supply environment.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for verifying all procurement details, executing purchase orders, tracking shipments end-to-end, managing goods receipt processes, and ensuring accurate landed cost allocations. You’ll work closely with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams, using ERP systems and digital tools to drive operational accuracy and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and place accurate purchase orders with local and international suppliers
• Track orders from placement through delivery, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution
• Coordinate goods receipt and manage delivery discrepancies
• Support accurate landed cost calculation through proper cost allocation in ERP
• Maintain supplier/product data and generate reports to support purchasing decisions
• Identify and implement process improvements

Requirements

• 2–3+ years’ experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain coordination
• Strong ERP experience (JDE preferred) and proficiency in Excel
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Right to work in Australia
