About the company/role:

• Seeking an experienced Demand & Supply Planner on a contract basis with potential for permanency

Duties:

• Ongoing analysis, planning and structuring of material orders based on customer forecasts, production schedules, on-hand stock levels, lead-times
• Manages raw material requirements with suppliers.
• Leads supply-risk monitoring and management and escalates upcoming risks in a timely manner.
• Supports supplier related QA processes as required
• Handles claims/complaints and settles warranty claims
• Determines suitable suppliers, conducts price inquiries and requests for quotations.
• Manages orders, pricing, delivery dates, lead times and receipt with suppliers. Validates and maintains the integrity of Supplier master data in ERP.
• Conducts invoice verification and clears deviations in collaboration with other stakeholders

About you:

• Tertiary qualification or degree in Procurement, Supply & Demand planning or similar relevant discipline
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in purchasing, demand planning or supply chain within a GMP environment
• Experience using Netsuite or similar ERP system is essential
• Excellent Excel skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and stakeholder engagement skills
