**About the Role**
As Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating global and local procurement, managing inbound and outbound freight, and ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of products to customers and distributor networks across Australia.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage overseas and local procurement for warehouse stock and customer projects
- Track and coordinate distributor orders, providing timely status updates
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and local fabricators to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries
- Maintain freight portals and logistics systems for full supply chain visibility
- Prepare and coordinate all necessary shipping documentation
- Organise and lead weekly distributor meetings with internal stakeholders
- Assist with end-of-month reporting, stocktakes, and logistics analysis
- Collaborate with customer service and supply chain teams during peak periods or to cover leave

**What We're Looking For**
- 1-3 years' experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory, or customer service
- Background in international freight, import/export logistics, or customs brokerage
- ERP system experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management ability
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable approach in a fast-paced environment
