Talenza has been engaged by a leading organisation to source a seasoned Program Manager to oversee two major streams of work - a large-scale business integration following a recent acquisition, and a broader enterprise-wide business transformation program.

This is a rare and high-profile opportunity for a senior leader to drive complex change with exposure to global stakeholders and C-level executives. The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in program delivery, governance, and business change, and have a strong track record of managing large, cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.

About You:

• Proven experience leading large-scale business integration and transformation programs.
• Strategic thinker who can navigate complex environments and influence at the executive level.
• Experienced in managing governance structures and executive steering committees.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate diverse teams.
• A natural communicator who excels at building strong relationships with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of a major business integration post-acquisition.
• Manage an enterprise-level business transformation program, ensuring strategic alignment and measurable business outcomes.
• Provide end-to-end program governance including steering committee reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Drive program delivery through structured methodology and clear execution frameworks.
• Manage program-level risks and issues, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place.
• Own and manage program budgets, tracking financials and ensuring alignment with ROI goals.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams across multiple business and technical workstreams.
• Oversee resource planning and allocation to ensure optimal team performance.
• Deliver accurate, timely reporting to senior and global stakeholders.

Skills and Experience:

• Strong background in business integration and transformation initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of governance, budget control, risk, and delivery frameworks.
• Track record of success in managing executive and global stakeholder groups.
• Confident decision-maker with strong commercial acumen.
• Experience in matrixed and multinational organisational environments.
• Relevant industry experience in financial services, technology, or consulting is desirable.

Qualifications:

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Project Management or related fields.
• Project or Program Management certifications (e.g. MSP, PMP, PRINCE2) highly regarded.
