We're currently searching for a Clinical Team Leader to lead our Caboolture, Sunshine Coast and Wide Bay regions. This is a Full Time Permanent role with occasional travel throughout the region as required.

'A week in the life of your new role'
- Providing leadership and vision to your team as well as strengthening key stakeholder partnerships and relationships
- Translating organisational goals into program area goals and promoting an integrated and client centred approach to care
- Ensuring all performance measures and KPIs are achieved
- Business planning, forecasting staffing and working within allocated budgets
- Building and maintaining professional networks and working relationships with stakeholders as required in order to establish, plan and promote optimal service delivery
- Manage and implement strategy formulation and business planning processes to grow the At Home Support business through sourcing and identifying business opportunities, coordinating marketing and assisting with the development and implementation of existing and new services.
- Provide leadership and role modelling, particularly in the areas of quality assurance programs, clinical governance and policy implementation.
- Champion the consumer-directed model of care in response to the changing expectations of customers and program changes delivering direct and comprehensive nursing care to a specific group of customers with complex nursing care needs, as required
What do we need from you?
- Current AHPRA registration and Bachelor of Nursing, excellent clinical knowledge and leadership experience in client care
- The ability to work in a KPI driven and target focussed environment
- Well-developed problem-solving skills particularly when dealing with complex care scenarios
- Proficient and well-developed decision making, organisational and problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team particularly when dealing with complex operational and/or client care situations to develop and integrate innovative and customer centric strategies
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as strong time management
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong leadership and management capabilities, with change management skills and demonstrated ability to manage and influence performance
- Up-to-date flu vaccinations (or willingness to obtain)
- Covid-19 Vaccinations
- Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc).
- Police Check (valid within the last 3 years).
- Own vehicle and Australian Drivers licence.
