About the Role
As a Program Compliance Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, contractual compliance, and internal auditing across Job Pathways’ CDP program. You’ll support staff by providing guidance on compliance requirements, managing records, and maintaining quality assurance in accordance with relevant frameworks and policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure contractual compliance across Job Pathways CDP programs, supporting adherence to key agreements.
- Maintain data accuracy and manage records within internal systems.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with contracts, funding agreements, and quality standards.
- Provide administrative support related to compliance processes.
- Work closely with teams to interpret and apply program guidelines.
- Support and educate staff on compliance policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate cultural awareness and responsive ways of working with Aboriginal communities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in compliance, auditing, or administrative roles within community or employment-based organisations.
- Strong data management and record-keeping skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with Indigenous communities and understanding rural/remote service challenges.
What You’ll Need
National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
