Financial Adviser – Elwood

A well-established and highly regarded financial planning practice in Elwood is seeking an experienced Financial Adviser to join its collaborative and client-focused team.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with Accounting Partners and Mortgage Brokers, with regular referrals forming the basis of a strong pipeline of new client relationships. You will provide strategic, holistic advice across areas including retirement and investment planning, superannuation and SMSFs, wealth creation, personal insurance, estate planning, income streams and tax strategies.

Clients are loyal, engaged and range from professionals and business owners to pre-retirees and retirees. You will be responsible for nurturing these relationships while ensuring your advice is tailored, compliant and in line with best practice.

The team culture is inclusive and high-performing, led by an approachable General Manager and supported by skilled Paraplanners, Client Services Managers and Associate Advisers.

What you will need:

A minimum of three years delivering face-to-face holistic advice

Full FASEA compliance

Excellent knowledge across all advice areas

A strong understanding of compliance requirements

Exceptional communication and client engagement skills

A collaborative and proactive mindset
