Our client, a growing and progressive financial advice firm based in Sydney CBD, is seeking an experienced Financial Adviser to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to step into an existing portfolio of sophisticated clients, with the support and structure needed to provide high-quality advice and build long-term client relationships.

With strong internal support and a collaborative team environment, this position is ideal for an adviser who enjoys working strategically with clients and wants to contribute to the ongoing development of a professional and client-focused business.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored, holistic financial advice across strategy and investments to an established client base.

Maintain high compliance standards in line with regulatory and internal frameworks.

Work closely with in-house paraplanners and administrative staff to ensure efficient implementation of advice.

Build and maintain referral relationships, particularly with accounting partners, to support business growth.

Contribute to the ongoing development of the advice offering and client engagement strategies.

About You:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Financial Adviser.

Strong technical skills in strategic financial advice and investment planning.

FASEA-compliant (mandatory).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first approach.

A proactive and professional work ethic, with a strong commitment to compliance and ethical standards.

Competitive salary: $160,000 – $175,000 + Super + Bonus.
