The role

MW Manufacturing is looking for a Sales Representative to join our team in Alexandra Headland, Queensland. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities within the 4x4 accessories market
• Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our range of canopies and trays
• Negotiating and closing sales deals with both new and existing customers
• Providing exceptional customer service and after-sales support
• Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products and new product developments
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and promotional strategies
• Liaison with MW departments to deliver product
• Maintain store
• Liaison with On Site Fitting Teams

• Strong organisation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
