ANZ Controls is an Australian owned industrial instrument business located in Stapylton. We are the manufacturers agent for multiple German pressure monitoring manufacturers and distribute a number of other ranges all over Australia and New Zealand. ANZ Controls supply to many industries including Mining, Hydraulic, Construction, medical and many others for 40 years. Our aim is to always deliver the highest standard of quality and service.

The position for sales junior is a permanent position with consistent hours – no weekend work. Previous experience in customer service and a positive, team focused attitude are a must.

Processing of customer orders

Answering of phone and emailto

Sales order processing

Pick and pack orders for dispatch

Managing freight costs

Customer statements and payments

Skills and experience

We are looking for a new team member with sales experience and parts Interpreting abilities. This job is a low volume sales role but requires a high level of attention to detail. We pride ourselves on fantastic sales support and giving customers all available options. There will be some requirement to find products in supplier catalogue and interpret customer needs assisted by our sales manager.

Previous experience in a parts interpreting style of role is preferred.
