Brisbane Physiotherapy & Podiatry is a fast-growing private practice with clinics in Albion and West End.
We are seeking a highly-motivated, part-time Receptionist / Administration Officer to work at our beautiful Albion clinic.

Part-time hourly rate of $28 to $35 commensurate with skills and experience. Casual rates apply.
2-3 days / 15 - 25 hours per week.

This ideal candidate will have:
Strong written and verbal communication skills to be able to: greet patients, answer phone calls, re-book patients, and liaise with practitioners.
Proficient IT skills: use of Microsoft Office (specifically Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word and basic excel), using the practice management software to schedule appointments, processing payments using hicaps / eftpos, and other administrative tasks.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a healthcare/clinical setting.
Motivated, proactive and driven to complete the required tasks.
Problem solving ability
