Roving Senior Clinical Manager - Aged Care

We have an exciting opportunity for an Roving Senior Clinical Manager to support a team of Residential Managers at facilities across Brisbane. This pivotal role is responsible for leading teams and delivering exceptional care. You will ensure high standards are met across facilities, drive quality, compliance, and a positive resident experience.

About the Role:

• Monday - Friday, 9 - 5, full-time permanent position
• Identify gaps or risks, create action plans and provide education accordingly, to ensure the highest level of care is provided to our residents
• Responsible for Clinical Governance, Compliance & Education
• Advocate for clinical excellence and be willing to ensure a homely and loving environment by providing care with compassion, integrity and dignity.

About you:

• Valid AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse Division 1
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Clinical Care Manager in residential aged care is essential
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly experienced in Clinical Governance, Accreditation Standards & Compliance
