About the Role
Reporting to the Program Services Manager, you’ll lead and support a team (across multiple locations) who are responsible for a range of general administrative activities. As the key liaison between the Academic Unit and Central Units, you’ll ensure correct and consistent interpretation and application of university policies, support teaching activities, and drive service excellence. You'll need to be able to work at both City West and Magill campuses.

Essential Skills and Experience
- An undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline, or demonstrated equivalent skills, knowledge and experience
- Strong transformational leadership capabilities, demonstrated by experience in leading and managing a team in a complex service environment
- Demonstrated previous experience working in a senior administrative position in a complex service environment, including leading a team
- High level verbal and interpersonal and problem-solving skills including experience in liaising with people at all levels both internal and external to an organisation to provide advice and recommendations to senior staff
- High level writing skills appropriate to prepare briefings and/or reports based on self-initiated or directed research, investigation and analysis
