Are you passionate about quality and compliance in vocational education and training?
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented RTO Quality Officer to join our dynamic Training Design and Governance Team in a permanent part-time role based in Belmont (30 hours per week).
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring St John WA’s RTO compliance processes align with all relevant standards and regulations. You’ll play a vital role in upholding the integrity and quality of our training programs by ensuring compliance with both regulatory requirements and internal policies.
What you’ll do:
- Maintain and manage up-to-date documentation with effective version control
- Conduct quality checks on training materials and share feedback with stakeholders
- Supporting trainer onboarding, accreditation, upskilling, and annual reaccreditation processes, while maintaining accurate records of qualifications and certifications
- Managing LMS-related tasks including course creation, data entry, troubleshooting, user assistance, and generating reports
- Providing administrative and compliance support to the RTO team, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and audit preparation
- Prepare and submit accurate reports to meet regulatory requirements
- Contribute to audits, evaluations, and ongoing compliance efforts.
What you will need:
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or higher)
- Prior experience in administrative roles within the VET sector or similar environment
- Experience in document control, LMS, and Quality Management systems
- Familiarity with compliance standards and trainer accreditation processes (highly regarded)
- High-level skills in Microsoft office suite
- Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail
