About Pendium Finance!

Pendium Finance is a full-service finance brokerage with offices in Perth and Sydney. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a capable and proactive support professional to ensure our internal operations run smoothly, communication is consistent, and administrative tasks are completed efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in admin who is looking for a flexible, professional opportunity. It would particularly suit someone with a busy personal schedule or someone looking to return to the workforce.

Role Overview:

You will provide direct support to two finance brokers, including the principal, across a range of internal administrative and operational tasks. You will assist with team and client meeting logistics, document management, and communication. You will also collaborate with our external marketing partner and liaise with our virtual assistant on key workflow items.

While this role does not involve direct loan processing, your contribution will be essential in keeping our operations running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Support brokers with weekly client coordination, task follow-ups, and meeting scheduling

Maintain and update internal registers, checklists, and digital files

Monitor shared inboxes and assist with workflow allocation and task tracking

Liaise with our marketing partner on content planning and timelines

Maintain and update CRM and communication databases

Coordinate distribution of newsletters and marketing materials

Provide general administrative and operational support as required

What We Offer:

Approximately $35 per hour, depending on your experience level

18 hours per week with flexibility across three days

About You

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable using Microsoft 365 and cloud-based systems

Able to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision

Experience in administration, operations, or marketing support is preferred

Background in finance or banking will be highly regarded
