Role description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an experienced Receptionist at Shaw and Partners in Perth, Western Australia. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting clients, answering phone calls and assisting with administrative tasks while maintaining a professional composure throughout interactions. A keen attention to detail and highly professional approach is key to this role.
Qualifications & experience
• A positive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team
• High attention to detail to ensure work practices are adhered to
• Ability to manage competing priorities whilst remaining organised
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Client relationship management and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Excellent time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
• Greeting clients upon arrival and answering the main switch in a professional and timely manner
• Handling phone calls and transferring accordingly
• Arranging all meeting room bookings and zoom meetings for Advisors
• Coordinating clients and guests with advisors and staff
• Liaising between clients, advisors and the administration team
• Sorting and distributing mail
• Preparing meeting rooms and tidying after every meeting
• Assisting colleagues with administrative duties
• Assisting State Manager with events, social media strategy and recruitment
• Arranging beverages and making coffees for clients and guests
• Liaising with suppliers and caterers
