Woods & Co Recruitment are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven Part-TimeAssistant Store Manager to join a team in Miranda, dedicated to sustainability, inclusivity, and career development.

*This is a part time position working 25.75 hours a week across a 4 day work week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday)

What do you do?

  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets & KPIs
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience of a high quality with every interaction
  • Train & develop your team in product knowledge and selling techniques
  • Oversee stock management and visual merchandising with your keen eye for detail
  • Provide coaching and real-time feedback to staff
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations

What do you need:

  • Retail leadership experience, ideally as an ASM, Supervisor, or Team Leader
  • Confidence and ability to work independently
  • Passion for customer service and sales
  • Strong people management and coaching skills
  • Experience with stock control & visual merchandising
  • A proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving
