Job description:
Looking for a role that fills your cup? Good news, T2 Tea is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help lead its passionate team at DFO South Wharf.
About the role
Assist the Store Manager with the day-to-day management of the retail store with leading the team, visual merchandising, managing deliveries and stock.
Coach the team to deliver exceptional experiences for our customer to shop seamlessly throughout the store.
Support the Store Manager to achieve budgeted sales and manage controllable costs for the store.
Lead the store and team in absence of a Store Manager on duty.
Support the training of the team in customer service, product knowledge and operational responsibilities.
Encourage development with the team by providing timely feedback.
Regular Sunday work is required for this role.
Part time role - working 27 hours a week - Monday: 9:45am - 6:15pm, Tuesday: 12:00pm - 3:00pm, Wednesday: 12:00pm - 3:00pm, Thursday: 1:15pm - 6:15pm and Sunday: 9:45am-6:15pm
About you
Passionate and motivated to deliver results and will confidently support your manager and team.
Have great communication skills, strong time management and organisational skills.
Previous team leader, key holder or management experience is advantageous.
