Conducting site inspections, audits, and risk assessments across Manhari-Revert-VMT Group of companies.

Developing and reviewing SWMS and permits for high-risk activities (e.g. crane lifts, confined space work, Mechanical Fitting, Reach Stackers operations, etc)

Delivering safety inductions, toolbox talks, and ongoing OHS training as directed by the OHS &Compliance Manager.

Supporting incident reporting, investigations, and the implementation of corrective actions

Ensuring employee and contractor compliance with OHS legislation and internal policies

Maintaining up-to-date safety documentation, training records, and registers

Requirements for communicating OHS information to Employees, Contractors and Visitors & where applicable, authorities

Ensuring compliance with OHS policies, procedures and reporting system requirements for injury, incidents, near miss and hazard events.

Review existing risks and controls against current standards, legislative requirements, and Manhari-Revert-VMT Group requirements and ensure hazards are addressed using the hierarchy of controls.

Visit the site as directed to collaborate with management teams and gather valuable feedback to identify potential areas improvement

Regular inspections on Fire Safety Equipment, First Aid availability, Daily site inspections, Dangerous goods control system, Inspection of the stockpile to ensure there are no flammable or potentially hazardous substances.

Ensuring a safe working environment by identifying and mitigating hazards and risks within a yard site. Their responsibilities include conducting thorough hazard assessments, developing and implementing safety procedures, monitoring compliance with safety regulations, and providing training to employees.

Review completed audit reports performed by internal and external auditors to close the open NCR / OFI’S as per Manhari

Group MSAT Software and ISO/IMS Requirements. (Training will be provided)
