About the role

Conex Services Pty Limited is seeking a skilled and experienced Earthmoving Plant Operator to join our team in Coonamble, NSW. This is a full-time position that will play a key role in the successful delivery of our construction projects in the local area. As an Earthmoving Plant Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a range of heavy machinery including excavators, loaders, graders and backhoes.

What you'll be doing

Operate a variety of earthmoving equipment including excavators, loaders, graders and backhoes

Follow site plans and specifications to accurately excavate, grade, level and backfill construction sites

Perform pre-start checks and routine maintenance on assigned equipment

Ensure safe work practices and environmental regulations are followed at all times

Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

Formal qualification or extensive experience as an Earthmoving Plant Operator

Proven track record of operating a range of earthmoving equipment safely and efficiently

Ability to read and interpret site plans, drawings and work specifications

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Reliable and punctual with a flexible approach to working hours
