We have multiple opportunities to join our dedicated team in delivering Integrated Primary Mental Health Care including low intensity psychological intervention (LIPI), psychological therapy and care coordination for Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal people. Mental Health Clinicians are responsible for the continuum of services including matching evidence-based psychological strategies to client presentation across the lifespan of need, providing counselling, developing appropriate treatment plans, and engaging and collaborating with other health professionals and care providers.

Team members travel regularly, including overnight stays, to connect with communities in the wider Mid West health region such as in Three Springs, Meekatharra and Carnarvon.

We are seeking applicants with:

Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Mental Health Nursing or Social Work and full AHPRA registration or AASW membership (Mental Health Accredited or working towards)

Developed knowledge and skills in assessment and counselling using a range of evidence-based therapeutic models.

Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships.

Excellent written communication skills particularly in the development of quality treatment plans, case notes and progress reports.

Willingness to obtain a national police certificate, NDIS worker check and working with children check.
