Are you looking to start your career in real estate? We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the Gavin Lomas Team as a Real Estate Sales Associate. No prior experience is necessary—we're looking for someone with passion, a strong work ethic, and a desire to succeed!

What You’ll Do:

Source and nurture leads for the team

Assist with buyer enquiry and call ins.

Assist buyers and sellers in finding properties that suit their needs and preferences

Attend building + pest and bank valuations.

Participate in property viewings and provide key information to clients

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction

Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed team targets

Manage and update client databases

What We’re Looking For:

No prior real estate experience is required (training will be provided!)

Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with others

A genuine passion for real estate and helping others

Ability to work both independently and within a team

A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn

A Current real estate license

A QLD driver’s license and access to a car

What We Offer:

Competitive salary package: $50,000 - $60,000 (plus super + bonus package)
