Classification: Services Level 4

Job Status: Part Time, up to 0.6 FTE

Pay (per annum): $83,244 - $87,079 (Pro Rata + Super + Leave Loading + Salary Packaging)

About the Role

We are seeking a Workplace Trainer to join the FocusOne Health Business Transformation Team. We have a diverse workforce and keeping up to date with role-specific baseline training, introduction of new skills and requirements, and verifying ongoing maintenance of competencies is essential to make sure that we can consistently deliver quality services for our communities. The Workplace Trainer will develop, deliver, and assess Competency Training programs and systems to ensure that our people have the right skills to succeed.

Reporting to the Executive Manager Clinical Governance and Development, the Workplace Trainer will partner with management to maintain an understanding of the needs of the business, undertake Training Needs Assessments based on clinical and non-clinical role competency requirements, develop training programs to meet requirements, source and deliver training, provide evaluation and feedback, maintain records, and keep a sharp eye on the external environment to spot new needs and opportunities.

Candidates with familiarity with the healthcare sector or community based not-for-profit businesses and experience in building, implementing, and evaluating training programs are encouraged to apply.

The successful applicant will be remunerated in accordance with FocusOne Health’s Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) dependent on skills, experience, and qualifications.
