The Role: What You’ll Be Doing

As a Trainer and Assessor you’ll lead the delivery of engaging, high-quality training across our Construction, First Aid, and Fire programs. This is more than a classroom role! You’ll be hands-on, mentoring trainees, rotating across varied courses, and continuously developing your own expertise.

What We’re Looking For

You’re someone who:

Delivers training in a friendly and engaging manner, with a commitment to continuous learning and exceeding student expectations.

Has experience in teaching Construction, First Aid, or fire-related courses, or is an experienced professional in aviation, healthcare, or construction sectors with a desire to transition into training and assessment.

Is eager to work with diverse clients and contribute to a team that prides itself on exceptional service delivery.
