Are you an experienced Service Coordinator with a strong background in the trade services industry? Join a well-established and growing business that specialises in HVAC, mechanical, and electrical services across a diverse set of projects and service/operations.

Core Talent are currently seeking multiple Service Coordinators to join a fast-paced and supportive team environment, working with a reputable company known for delivering high-quality service solutions across Adelaide.

About the Role:

In this role, you'll play a key part in the coordination and scheduling of field technicians across various service and maintenance jobs. You'll be the first point of contact for both clients and technicians, ensuring jobs are booked, communicated, and completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule service jobs for HVAC, electrical, and mechanical technicians

Liaise with clients to confirm job bookings, updates, and follow-ups

Use Simpro to manage job allocation, parts ordering, and service tracking

Handle urgent call-outs and breakdown requests in a timely and efficient manner

Provide high-level customer service, resolving issues and ensuring a positive client experience

Work closely with the operations and project teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Maintain accurate records of service activities, job notes, and compliance documentation

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a service coordination or similar scheduling role within the trade services industry

Strong working knowledge of Simpro (or similar service management software)

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to manage competing priorities and work well under pressure

High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

A team player with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
