About the Role
You will be part of a welcoming and motivated team, responsible for managing full-function payroll. Your day-to-day will involve a variety of payroll duties, where your expertise will ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll across the organisation.

Duties:
* Manage end-to-end payroll processing efficiently and accurately
* Process complex leave types including long service, parental and maternity leave
* Manage terminations and redundancy calculations
* Interpret and apply EBAs and Awards correctly
* Engage with internal stakeholders across the organisation
* Handle payroll queries and maintain the payroll inbox

Skills and Experience
* Demonstrated experience in end-to-end payroll
* Proficiency using ADP is essential
* Intermediate to advanced excel skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* High level of attention to detail
* Ability to work autonomously and resolve payroll issues confidently
