The Role

We are seeking a results driven Digital Marketing Manager to assist in enhancing the company's digital strategy. Ideally commencing as a Temp-Perm arrangement (this is not essential), we require someone to start from May 12th to assist with annual leave with the view to permanent employment quickly thereafter.

Duties & Responsibilities include:

Plan execute and refine digital campaigns

Improve data tracking and reporting

Strengthen in-house digital expertise to reduce outsourcing costs

Update internal presentations for key teams and create engaging infographics that visually communicate insights in line with style guides.

Track website traffic, social media engagement

Further elevate all pitch materials to reflect company's reputation

Develop high-end investor presentations, sales decks, and fund performance reports.

About You

3-4+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in financial services or a related industry.

Strong understanding of SEO, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.

Proven experience in performance marketing, campaign optimisation, and data-driven decision-making.

Ability to develop and execute content distribution strategies that enhance brand authority and investor engagement.

High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Strong design skills with experience using InDesign, Illustrator, and Figma for creating high-quality presentations and infographics.

Analytical mindset with a focus on measuring and improving marketing ROI.

Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners.
