About the role:

• You will work directly with Partners and Senior Lawyers, gaining invaluable experience across a diverse range of Banking & Finance matters.
• Your role will involve complex debt financing arrangements, corporate finance, acquisition finance, capital markets, real estate finance, and project finance – all of which will help elevate your expertise in a thriving practice.

The ideal candidate:

• A passionate and energetic Banking & Finance Lawyer with a minimum of 2 years PQE, ready to take on complex and exciting legal work.
• A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, supported by a strong academic track record.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to work collaboratively and build client relationships.
• A strong desire to thrive in a high-performing, team-oriented culture, with the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
