We are seeking a Senior Workplace Relations Consultant, supporting a dynamic and fast-paced team that manages a broad range of complex matters daily.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proven experience in end-to-end case management
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs)
• Solid knowledge of workplace relations principles and legislation
• Background in government or education is highly regarded
• Ability to manage high volume and varied casework in a busy environment
• Working within an organisation of approx. 1,500 staff

OHS Specialist

We are looking for a Generalist OHS Business Partner to support the team during the permanent recruitment process. This is a hands-on role requiring proactive engagement with various business areas and a strong grasp of current legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Updating OHS policies and procedures
• Assisting with internal and external audits
• Liaising across departments to ensure compliance and promote safety culture
• Staying up to date with current OHS legislation and best practices
• Holding a valid, up-to-date OHS certification (mandatory, renewed annually)
