Quality Systems Project Officer – Aged Care | 12-Month Contract

Are you a clinically experienced aged care professional with a passion for quality systems and continuous improvement?

We are currently seeking a dynamic Quality Systems Project Coordinator to join a respected aged care provider in Melbourne’s northeast. This 12-month full-time contract runs through to March 2026, with the potential for extension.

This role offers a unique opportunity to support an organisation dedicated to high standards of resident care and continuous quality improvement in line with the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards.

About the Role
Reporting to the Facility Manager, this role will work closely with the Quality Manager, Clinical Care Manager and members of the Executive and Leadership Team to enhance and embed quality and compliance frameworks across the organisation.

This is a site-based role, located 30 minutes North East from Melbourne’s CBD and well connected by public transport.

You will:

• Be a qualified and AHPRA-registered Registered Nurse
• Have experience in aged care and a deep understanding of clinical and quality systems
• Possess strong knowledge of the current and strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards
• Demonstrate project management experience with the ability to meet deadlines
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels
• Be IT-savvy with strong documentation and report-writing capabilities
• Be self-motivated with a commitment to continuous improvement
• Have permanent, unrestricted working rights in Australia
