Murray House is a 65-bed residential aged care facility nestled in the heart of Wentworth. As a not-for-profit organisation, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, person-centered care in a warm and supportive environment.

💼 About the Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Quality and Risk Manager will lead our Quality Improvement, Clinical Governance, and Risk Management Systems. You’ll play a key role in:

Driving accreditation and compliance across Aged Care and NDIS standards

Leading incident investigations, audits and continuous improvement initiatives

Managing organisational risk registers and reporting

Supporting a culture of safety, learning and resident wellbeing

✅ What We’re Looking For

Registered Nurse (or relevant health qualification) with current AHPRA registration

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior quality or governance role within aged care or health

Deep knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards & NDIS Practice Standards

Strong skills in audit tools, compliance reporting, project management and communication
