Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily site operations

Manage procurement of materials and ensure quality documentation is maintained

Ensure timely delivery of works in accordance with construction programs

Uphold strong safety practices, including toolbox talks and site OH&S documentation

Monitor site progress, budgets, and productivity to ensure project targets are met

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5 years’ recent experience in a Site Supervisor role within civil construction

Proven experience in subdivisions, bulk earthworks and underground services

Valid Driver's license

Company vehicle, laptop, and mobile phone provided
