About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Early Childhood Assistant Director / Admin to join our team full-time. This off-the-floor role is ideal for an experienced educator or administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure smooth operations, and is ready to take on a leadership position supporting the service.

About You
- Passion for delivering quality care and education
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Working With Children and Police check
- Exceptional ability to plan, prioritize, and manage tasks effectively
- Diploma in Early Childhood preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Manage enrolments, family inquiries, and centre documentation
- Oversee service administration and compliance requirements
- Support educators with administrative tasks and ensure smooth daily operations
- Liaise with families, external agencies, and regulatory bodies
- Assist the Centre Director in leadership, team management, and operational decisions
- Maintain records, policies, and procedures in line with industry regulations
About You
✔ Experience in early childhood education and/or administration
✔ Strong organisational and communication skills
✔ Proficiency in administrative software and compliance systems
✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively
✔ Passion for supporting high-quality early childhood education
✔ Leadership skills and the ability to support and guide a team
