- Assistant Director β Lead with confidence, support your team, and drive excellence in centre operations.
- Educational Leader β Guide curriculum planning, mentor educators, and foster high-quality programming and pedagogy.
About Goodstart Riverside Gardens, WA:
- Work closely with the Centre Director to support the daily operations of a 72-place centre and ensure a high-quality learning environment.
- Mentor and coach educators, fostering professional development and continuous improvement in teaching practices.
- Float across all rooms, providing leadership and support to different age groups while maintaining consistency in educational standards.
- Spacious indoor and outdoor learning environments promote curiosity and exploration through a play-based curriculum aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.

Youβll need:
- Diploma OR Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
- Current WA Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
